Where do you operate?
We are based in Kyaliwajjala, Kira Municipality, Wakiso. However, we serve clients across all districts, cities, municipalities, and towns in Uganda. Contact us to discuss your location and we will make arrangements to reach you.
How do I book a service?
You can book a service by calling us, sending a WhatsApp message, or filling in the contact form on our website. We will get back to you quickly to confirm your booking and discuss the details.
Do I need to be home when your team comes?
For residential cleaning, we recommend that someone is present — at least for the first visit. This allows us to understand exactly what you need and to get access to all areas. Once we have established a working routine with you, you may feel comfortable allowing our team to work in your absence.
Are your staff trustworthy?
Absolutely. All our staff are carefully vetted, background-checked, and professionally trained. They are in uniform and carry company ID at all times. Your safety and the security of your property are our top priority.
Are you insured?
Yes. Spotless Finish is fully insured. In the unlikely event that anything is damaged during our work, you are protected.
Cleaning Services
What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers day-to-day maintenance — dusting, mopping, wiping surfaces, and keeping things tidy. Deep cleaning is a much more thorough process. It covers areas that are not part of regular cleaning, such as scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, removing built-up grime, and treating stains. We recommend a deep clean at least once every three to six months.
How long does a cleaning session take?
The time depends on the size of the property and the type of service. A standard office clean may take two to four hours. A full post-construction clean of a large building can take a full day or more. We will give you a realistic time estimate when you book.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring all the cleaning products and equipment needed for every job. You do not need to provide anything. If you have specific preferences — such as particular products you want us to use or avoid — just let us know.
Can I request a specific cleaning product?
Yes. If you have allergies or sensitivities, or if you prefer eco-friendly or child-safe products, please let us know when you book. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Will my carpet be wet after cleaning?
After carpet cleaning, your carpet will be slightly damp. Under normal circumstances, carpets dry within two to four hours. We use fast-drying methods and can provide fans to speed up the drying process if needed.
Pest Control
How long does fumigation take?
Most residential fumigation treatments take between one and three hours, depending on the size of the property. Commercial fumigation may take longer. We will advise you on timing when you book.
Is fumigation safe for my family and pets?
We use products that are approved and safe when used correctly. We will advise you on how long you need to stay out of the treated area before it is safe to return. We also offer child and pet-friendly treatment options on request.
How soon after fumigation can we return home?
This depends on the type of treatment used. In most cases, you can return to your home within two to four hours. We will give you specific guidance based on the treatment we apply.
Will one treatment be enough?
For most pest problems, one treatment is effective. However, some infestations — particularly termites and bedbugs — may require a follow-up treatment to ensure complete elimination. We will advise you on the recommended treatment plan for your specific situation.
Do you handle emergency pest call-outs?
Yes. If you have an urgent pest situation — such as a snake on your property — please call us immediately. We respond to emergency call-outs as quickly as possible.
